Tony has been in the insurance industry for 30 years. After graduating from Queen’s University, Tony started his insurance career with Continental Canada. After serving 15 years on the company side, Tony became a broker in 2004 and joined Bunnell Hitchon in 2007 and is a managing partner of Bunnell Hitchon. Tony is an avid golfer and a huge soccer fan. He enjoys traveling with his family in his spare time.
A graduate of the Mohawk College Insurance Program, Mike has specialized in Commercial Insurance for over 20 years including underwriting for two of the top insurance companies in Canada. Mike is a long time resident of Brant County and is actively involved in the community coaching Minor Baseball and Hockey. Mike’s passions include being a Dad to Samantha and Will, snowmobiling and traveling with his family. If Mike could choose, his dream job would be a Professional Baseball Player.
Nancy began her career as an Insurance Broker in 1986, obtained her CAIB designation in 1991 and her CIP designation in 1995. Experienced in both Personal and Commercial Lines sales and service, Nancy joined Bunnell Hitchon in 2015. In her spare time she enjoys time with family and friends, cycling, reading and cooking. In another life Nancy would have pursued a career in the court room.
Farrell began her insurance career in 2000 and joined Bunnell Hitchon in 2004. She obtained her Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker (CAIB) designation in 2010. Farrell spends much of her free time reading, gardening and on the baseball field. Her dream job, Owning a Nursery – the tree kind, not the kid kind!
Laszlo graduated from the Conestoga College insurance program and began his career in the Personal insurance and transitioned into Commercial. He joined Bunnell Hitchon in 2019 as a Commercial Lines Account Executive. Laszlo gives back to his community by coaching minor youth hockey and running for charity causes. In his spare time he enjoys golfing and traveling. In another life you would find Laszlo behind the bench, coaching a professional hockey team.
Paul is a graduate of Humber College Marketing Program. He joined Standard Life in 1981 the beginning of a life long insurance career. Paul became part of Main & Muldoon Insurance Brokers in 1986 and the Bunnell Team in 2016. An avid Hockey fan, Paul volunteers for the NBC Hockey League and continues to play as often as he can. He enjoys spending as much time as possible with his Grandchildren and if he wasn’t working he would be helping them with their sports activities full time.
Dawn entered the insurance industry in 2011 working as an Independent Adjuster before joining Bunnell Hitchon in 2018. She completed her Chartered Insurance Professional designation in 2015 and obtained her Life License in 2019. Dawn is a festival and fair junkie and also enjoys walking & cycling the local trails. Dawn’s dream job – editor for major publishing company so I could spend my days reading novels and get paid to make books more enjoyable.
Carol has been in the insurance industry since 1977 and joined Bunnell Hitchon as part of the Campbell Insurance team in 1996. She received her Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker (CAIB) designation in 2007. Carol is currently a Personal Lines Account Manager as well as our in-house IT. Carol enjoys cooking, gardening, RTVing around her farm, spending time with her husband,family and friends. When she grows up she wants to be…… Carol is still undecided!
Fernie joined Bunnell Hitchon in October 2016 bringing over 25 years of experience to our team. She began her insurance career as a receptionist/filing clerk before becoming a broker. In her spare time Fernie enjoys spending time with her family and her dogs. Fernie’s dream job – Owning a Pet Sanctuary for injured and abandoned animals.
Maria began working in the insurance industry in 1981, obtaining Her RIBO license in 1982. Maria joined our Main & Muldoon office in 1996 and became part of the Bunnell Hitchon family in 2016. In her spare time you can find Maria in her garden, reading or crocheting and spending time with family and friends. Maria enjoys helping others so her dream job would have to revolve around people.
Sandy began working in the insurance industry in 1988 obtaining Her RIBO license in 2004. Sandy spent 6 years at Bunnell Hitchon from 2004-2010 before rejoining our team in 2020. She is very happy to be “home”. In her spare time you will find Sandy rooting for her beloved Pittsburgh Steelers! What would Sandy be doing if she wasn’t working in the insurance world? You would see her name at the top of the Bestseller’s List for Children’s Literature!
After 25 years in the IT Services business, Carol began a new career in the Insurance industry. In 2013 she obtained her RIBO license and joined Bunnell Hitchon as a Commercial Account Manager. Carol enjoys reading and genealogy. In fact, if she could choose a dream job it would be as a Genealogist or an Archaeologist.
Monica is a graduated from Waterloo University with Batchelor of Arts. She began her insurance career in 1994 and holds her CAIB (Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker) and CIP (Chartered Insurance Professional) Insurance designations. Throughout her 27 year career in the insurance industry she has worked with both personal and commercial clients. In her spare time Monica enjoys yoga, golf, cycling and going to her trailer. Monica would love to be on the LPGA Tour as her dream job!
Tori is a graduate of the Fanshawe College Insurance Program. She joined Bunnell Hitchon in May 2021 and immediately obtained her RIBO license. She is now working to complete her Chartered Insurance Professional designation. In her spare time Tori can be found at her Grandparents farm caring for her horse and minature donkey. If it weren’t for the needles, in another life Tori would have been a Pediatric Surgeon.
Katherine joined Bunnell Hitchon January 1988 as an insurance broker. In 1991, Katherine changed gears and has been the bookkeeper ever since. An avid boater and Fisher Woman Katherine loves the water and joys travelling. Luckily for Katherine she is already working at her dream job!
Debbie Frey joined Bunnell Hitchon in June 2001 as a receptionist and is currently the Team Leader of our Administrative team. When not at work Debbie’s passion is her family, grandchildren and friends. You will find her at the hockey rink, basketball courts and soccer fields cheering on her grandchildren. Her favorite hockey team is Toronto Maple Leafs. Please do not hold that against her. She is very optimistic and believes that next year is the year!
Debbie is part of our technical support team and has been handling the day to day processing of policy documents since 2006. For many years Debbie has volunteered at the Harmony Church Breakfast Club helping serve breakfast to the King George School community as well as the United Way Warehouse Sale.
Teri started working at our Main & Muldoon office in July 1994 and has been an integral part of the team ever since. Upon moving to the Bunnell HItchon office her focus moved to supporting our team of commercial and personal Account Managers, as well as learning the accounting side of our business. Teri enjoys spending as much of her spare time as possible with her grandson and Fur Baby. If the Universe hadn’t had other plans for Teri she would have been a Teacher for the deaf/blind.
Cam is a graduate of Mohawk College Office Administration program. He began working at Bunnell Hitchon on a contract position and is now a permanent member of our Administration team. Cam is an avid Leafs, Raptors and Jays fan. He enjoys reading and catching a game in his spare time.
Moving from her hometown of Mississauga to purchase her first home with her husband in 2014, Brantford is now where Sabrina calls home. Sabrina comes to Bunnell Hitchon with 10+ years of office experience which includes many years in real estate and medical administration. With her approachable and cheerful personality she is thrilled at the opportunity to work within the insurance industry! When not at the office Sabrina enjoys spending time with her family, reading and watching movies.
Megan graduated from Seneca College in 2010 with a Diploma in Corporate Media Production. She spent over ten years in the Automotive Industry and made the switch to insurance in 2020. Megan is currently working on obtaining her RIBO license to become a broker. Megan loves to support local events and fundraisers. In he spare time she enjoys reading, spending time with her family and walking her dog. Dream job for Megan would be to become a Golden Retrieve breeder!
